Senator Costello, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                 
Uniform Rule 23 be waived on SENATE BILL NO. 98 "An Act                                                                         
relating to diagnosis, treatment, and prescription of drugs without a                                                           
physical examination" for a Labor and Commerce Committee meeting                                                                
on February 26. Without objection, it was so ordered.
